hey guys welcome to EDC academy.com and here in this presentation we are going to solve examples on inverse relation so first we are going to revise our concept on inverse relation and then we are going to solve few examples on inverse relation so here if as the relation from the set a into another set B that by interchanging the first and second coordinates of the ordered pairs of the relation are then a new relation is formed B into a and this relation is called as inverse relation and it is denoted by our inverse so let us consider an example over here so here given that our is a relation in the set a 2 4 & 6 then we have to find our inverse so first let us try the ordered pairs of the relation R so we get 2 comma 2 2 comma 4 2 comma 6 4 comma 4 and 6 comma 6 so let
us interchange the first and second coordinates of this at R and write the ordered pairs in the set R inverse as 2 comma 2 4 comma 2 6 comma 2 4 comma 4 and 6 comma 6 so let us draw two Venn diagrams and named both the Venn diagrams as a and B so let us write all the x-coordinates in the Venn diagram a so here we have the x-coordinates as 2 4 & 6 and let us try the y-coordinates 2 4 & 6 in the Venn diagram B and now let us map both the Venn diagrams with the help of the order page so here we have the first ordered pair is 2 comma 2 so let us map the element of a 2 with the element of B and the next ordered pair here is 4 comma 2 so let us map for with to the third order pair here we have as 6 comma
